Inside Leg:

• Measure from crotch to bottom of the hem, without stretching.
• If this is an uneven number round up to the nearest even number, ie, 29 inches would be 30 inches.

Shipping

Same day dispatch on all orders before 2pm

All orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched that same day. If you place an order on a Friday after 2pm it will be dispatched the following Monday.

Shipping on all UK orders is free

Our standard UK service is Royal Mail Tracked 48 and is free of charge. You should receive your order within 2-3 working days from the date of dispatch. Unfortunately we are not able to guarantee a specific shipping date. If you are out, a calling card will be left and you will need to arrange re-shipping yourself or collect the item from your nearest Royal Mail depot. If you fail to collect your item within the required time, it will be returned to us and re-dispatched at your cost.

European Shipping

Our standard European service is Royal Mail International Tracked, and costs from £8.50. You should receive your order within 2-6 working days from the date of dispatch. Unfortunately we are not able to guarantee a specific shipping date. The charge for this service is determined by your location. This charge is confirmed both in your basket and before you make your payment.

International Shipping (Rest Of The World)

Our standard International service is Royal Mail International Tracked, and costs from £15.50. You should receive your order within 3-7 working days from the date of dispatch. Unfortunately we are not able to guarantee a specific shipping date. The charge for this service is determined by the weight of your parcel. This charge is confirmed both in your basket and before you make your payment.

Returns Policy

We aim to process your return within 1 working day of it arriving on our premises. All returns for a refund must be organised within 30 days of placing your order. Items to be returned must be in their original condition and as originally described and photographed.

Returns Procedure

If you would like to return an item(s) please print out your original order confirmation that was emailed to you when you completed the purchase and include this in the package. Please send your item back to the address below. We advise that all items are returned in suitable packaging to protect the product in transit. To ensure that your package arrives safely to our warehouse we normally advise that items are posted back via a signed on delivery service. We are not liable for any packages lost or damaged in the post.

Once the returned goods have been received, checked and verified, your card or PayPal account will be credited. We aim to process the return and refund within 3 working days of it arriving on our premises but please allow up to 14 days.

Please be aware that customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the items is faulty or not correctly described
